1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

3. Age restriction — 18+

Our products contain nicotine and are sold strictly to persons 18 years or older.

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old when you create an account or place an order.
  • A customer account is required to shop with us. Age verification is linked to your account: you must create an account, log in, and complete identity-based age verification through our verification partner before any order is fulfilled. Once your account is verified, future orders do not require re-verification unless we have reason to re-check.
  • Orders placed by customers who have not completed age verification will be placed on hold. If verification is not completed within 3 days of the order date, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order and suspend or close any account where we reasonably believe the customer is under 18, has provided false information, or is purchasing on behalf of a minor.

Supplying nicotine products to a minor is a criminal offence. We will cooperate with authorities where we suspect it.

4. Health notice

Nicotine is an addictive substance. Our products are intended for adult nicotine users only. They are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, persons with cardiovascular conditions, or persons sensitive to nicotine. This product is not a smoking cessation device and no health claims are made about it. If you have concerns about nicotine use, consult a healthcare professional.

5. Accounts

A customer account is required at checkout so that orders can be linked to a verified customer record. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

6. Orders and acceptance

Displaying products on this site is an invitation to do business, not a binding offer. An order is only accepted by us when it is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including for stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, failed or incomplete age verification, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

7. Pricing and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. While we take care to price accurately, obvious errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled and refunded. Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

8. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, including nicotine strength per pouch. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. Always read the label and warnings on the product itself.

9. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) are not affected by anything in these terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the JAS name, logos, artwork, characters, photography, and text, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to circumvent age verification, scrape or copy content at scale, resell products purchased from this site without a written wholesale agreement with us, or interfere with the site’s operation or security.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including under the CPA. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
